More than Polishing
With dull or yellowed headlights, you are often told that replacing them is the only option. Usually it isn't. But when a headlight is badly degraded, it does take more than polishing.
That is because the haze isn't on top of your headlight but in the protective layer and the plastic beneath it. Polishing only removes the surface of that, which is enough for light dullness. When the damage goes deeper, polishing can't get through. That is why, in a headlight restoration, I first sand that layer away completely, down to healthy plastic.

Multi-Layer UV Protection
I build the UV protection up in layers, directly on the bare plastic. Those layers keep new dullness and yellowing at bay.
Fixed Price Upfront
You receive a fixed price upfront, based on your photos. If the restoration turns out to be more work than the photos showed, you still pay what was agreed.
2 Years on the Beam Pattern
You get a two-year warranty on a proper beam pattern at the APK, the Dutch vehicle inspection.

For each headlight, send a photo of the whole lamp and a close-up of the damage, together with your licence plate number. I will then send you a tailored price.
Restored at your door
I come to you in Eindhoven and the surrounding area. The degraded layer comes off down to healthy plastic, after which I polish the lens back to a clear, factory-fresh finish.
Ready to drive straight away
Finally, the UV protection goes on. It is dust-dry immediately, so you can drive off right away and rain is no problem.

What determines the price?
Every price is set per car. It depends on a few factors, and I always tell you upfront what affects it.
Damage & wear
The depth of dullness, yellowing, or other damage determines how intensive the sanding phase needs to be.
Previous attempts
Old coatings or earlier, improperly done restoration attempts require additional sanding time.
Shape & complexity
Sharp angles or complex headlight shapes require extra precision and time.
Model & size
The model and overall size of the headlight determine the amount of material and time involved.
Warranty & assurance
Fixed price. The price we agree on, based on your photos, stays the same. If the restoration turns out to be more work, you still pay what was agreed.
2-year warranty. You get a two-year warranty on a proper beam pattern at the APK, the Dutch vehicle inspection.
Roadworthy again. The restoration removes stray light and restores the light output, so your headlights meet the RDW inspection standards again.
Honest assessment. I aim for the best achievable result every time. Very deep micro-cracking (crazing) in the plastic can limit the outcome, and I always tell you this honestly before I start.
How is the price determined?
Because I work on-site, clear photos of your headlights let me give you an accurate price in advance, with no surprises on the day. Please note that I only treat the outside of the lens. Moisture, condensation or deep cracks can't be repaired this way.
How long does a treatment take?
On average, a full set takes about 4 hours. The exact duration depends on the hardness of the factory coating and the depth of the damage.
