• Logistics & planning: Scheduling and carrying out the restoration appointment on-site, or safely processing shipments via the LKR postal service.
• Quality assurance: Archiving before and after photos linked to your vehicle data, for the purpose of actively monitoring our 24-month warranty period.

Lichtstad Koplamp Restauratie does not, under any circumstances, provide your data to commercial third parties. Data is transferred to external partners only when this is indispensable for the performance of our services:

• Vehicle registers: For the automated validation of vehicle data based on the licence plate.
• Logistics providers: Sharing address details with transport partners (such as PostNL or DHL) for the purpose of the insured return shipment within the postal service.
